I needed a diet plan that was going to keep me eating on a consistent plan because I wanted to do a triathlon. Doing a triathlon is something that I never thought I would do, but then I found out it could be a good way to lose weight. I saw the 40 pounds in 40 days challenge, and then I got to a place where I thought that I would be able to use the plan every day without really having to think.
The food that we are eating is going to help us all lose weight in my group, and I convinced some of the people in the group to do the 40 pound challenge with me. They are nice people who I think can do better than me, and I am glad that I talked them into do this. This seems like the best plan, and it is going to help all of us get ready for this race in the right way.
It has been very easy for us to get into the plan because we all just follow a plan that we pulled off the website. We did not have to do anything creative, and we did not have to do anything that was going to be out of the ordinary. We made sure that we were doing what NutriMost said, and we are all on target to lose the weight.
Going on a triathlon is something that we needed to really think about, but now we are all in on doing this because it makes us feel like we have made the right choices to get the weight off before we go racing.
