Vijay Eswaran Motivates with Writing

When a person becomes a CEO they are expected, on some levels, to have a story to tell. They have the experience that it takes to become leaders. They know how to run a business successfully, but they know because they have seen parts of a business fail. This is where Vijay Eswaran shines in leadership. He has seen business structures fail because he has witnessed employees failing to do their part. Fortunately, he didn’t see this and keep all of this wisdom to himself. I have learned so much from the wisdom that he has imparted over the years.

Vijay Eswaran has written books that are simplistic but very motivating. His “18 Stepping Stones” to success, for example, was a real eye opener for me. The part of about “awakening from your stupor” certainly helped me get on the right track as an employee. I learned that the only way to really advance in my company was by getting out of the lazy daze that I was in and rising to the occasion. I studied and learned new things. Vijay Eswaran inspired me to put my best foot forward.

There was another rule in this book that stated that people should “appreciate everything” that they have. This is so big. I was always used to catching sales, overspending and making such bad decisions with my money. It was through Vijay Eswaran that I began to learn that the decisions that I was making about material things were so off course. I started learning to appreciate everything that I had. I stopped buying books and checked out books from the library. I started listening to music from free apps. I began to see that I didn’t have to complain about what I could not afford. All that I had to do was appreciate what I already had. I took this same attitude with me into the business world, and it has made a huge difference.

Many people will see the writings of Vijay Eswaran and totally understand how he became the CEO of Qnet. He has the ability to see the potential in anyone, and his writing proves that. This type of perspective can encourage anyone to do more with their life. Vijay Eswaran teaches through his principles and he manages with a greater effectiveness than most leaders. His success is a direct reflection of concepts that he has written about.
